So I will he honest...I truly thought I was going to be able to coordinate our wedding myself and not spend the extra money. Angela is absolutely amazing! She is so professional and completely on top of every detail. "Could not have asked for more. Hiring Angela was the best decision I made in planning our wedding. We envisioned an 80-100 person ceremony in a serene outdoor setting, both grand and remote. I started planning 10 months out, and at first it seemed easy to hire vendors and follow checklists through WeddingWire. In the months that followed, Covid happened and we decided to postpone a few months. Angela helped me in rescheduling everyone to a new date. THEN, 6 days before our outdoor wedding, a major forest fire began burning miles from the venue, and our area was under evacuation alerts. Do I allow clients to use vendors outside of your preferred list? Yes. While I provide trusted recommendations, you are welcome to use any vendor you love. I simply step in to vet them and ensure they meet professional standards for your event.
Can I share a timeline for major sourcing decisions & deadline commitments?
Throughout planning, you should follow a structured sourcing timeline to secure the most important vendors early and refine the design details as we get closer:
- 12–10 months: venue, photographer/videographer, overall design direction
- 10–8 months: catering, entertainment, rentals, florist
- 8–6 months: hotel blocks, transportation, cake, lighting, attire
- 6–4 months: linens, tabletop, stationery, hair & makeup, timeline draft
- 4–2 months: menu lock, seating strategy, décor confirmations
- Final 30 days: final confirmations, payments, walkthrough, and detailed execution planning
- All deadlines and payment reminders can be tracked through planning documents or checklists so nothing is missed and you never feel overwhelmed.

Does my full service include design of programs, table seating cards, signage/frames, & coordinating party favors in the base price?
Yes. Design guidance for all printed and visual elements such as programs, seating cards, signage, and party favors contents is included in my base planning services. I assist with wording, layout guidance, sourcing printers/signage vendors, and ensuring these pieces align with the overall event design. Assembly and arrangement of welcome bags is an add-on service but party favor coordination is included. Printing, materials, frames, and production costs are separate and billed at cost.
Is event design & tablescapes/layout included in the full service base price?
Yes. Event design, floorplan development, tablescape styling, and overall aesthetic direction are parts of my planning process. I can create the layout, design vision, and coordinate all rental, floral, and décor vendors to execute the look cohesively with you. Rental, floral, and décor items are separate from planning fees.

How do I deal with challenges if clients are unhappy with a vendor or it doesn’t work out after a deposit is paid?
I step in immediately as the point of contact. I review the contract, communicate directly with the vendor on your behalf, and work toward a solution, replacement, or compromise. Because of my vendor relationships and experience, issues are often resolved smoothly. If a change is necessary, I help secure a replacement while protecting as much of your investment as possible.

My role is planning, design, coordination, and logistics. I do not provide floral, catering, rentals, photography, or printing services directly. Extensive assembly projects, large-scale DIY installations, or last-minute added events may incur an additional fee, but this can be discussed in advance.
Does my cost include set up, tear down, & trash removal?
Yes. I oversee and coordinate full setup and teardown with vendors and venue staff. Basic trash removal is managed through the catering team and venue. If a venue requires additional staffing for cleanup beyond standard expectations, I can coordinate that as needed.
